This is the back. Here students graph their growth. This gives them a visual for their progress. |
Setting goals in math facts alone wasn't enough. So I also created a sheet to have my students set personal math goals on tested targets. I love this sheet because it is easy and not time consuming. Students set goals based off pretest results. Then I grouped them. This way I know what adhoc groups to target. Once goals are met I just staple it to their sheet.
